Evil genius?

The globe and mail is reporting that on the issue of climate change, Rosa Ambrose has this to say -- "I am really glad that the Conservatives were elected so that we can make sure that the pipe-dream plan goes up in smoke."

Is that for real? Does she have that little sense of the implications of hre words or is our Environment Minister a witty smog-queen evil genius who takes pleasure in destroying the planet?
